The top collar stretches between 12 - 31" / 30-80cm
On the bench they stretch well over 1m long from the heel, they are intended to go allllll the way up, but final height depends on the circumference of your legs, horizontal stretch reduces vertical length. If they go up too high for you, we recommend folding them lower which has the added advantage of reducing slip.
