Wrong Address

Please be super careful when entering your address!

Autofill is a real problem with ordering, often filling in old, or incorrect address details.  Once you get your order confirmation email, please check your address to make sure it's ok.

If you've accidentally used the wrong address and it hasn't been sent yet, please contact us ASAP and we will fix it for you.  Either use the shop chat, or email us.

We can only change the address if your order has not yet been taken to the post office.  If your order is in transit, you should be able to organise a redirect with your local postal service.  Unfortunately we cannot arrange a redirect on your behalf.

If your parcel is returned to us, we can resend it for the cost of freight.
